“Mahatma,” Srikanth’s 100th movie directed by Krishna Vamshi will be releasing tomorrow (October 9). The movie was scheduled for release on 2nd October i.e. on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi, but was delayed as the Censor Board refused to give approval. The board raised certain concerns over few controversial scenes in the movie and advised the movie makers to remove them. After getting clearance from the board and overcoming all controversies, the movie is scheduled for release this Friday.

“Mahatma” is said to carry a good message for the audience. Krishna Vamshi, who is rating among the top directors of Telugu Cinema, is said to have worked hard on the movie, which is also Srikanth’s 100th movie, to make it a grand success. “Mahatma” is produced by Manohar CR under Golden Lion Films banner. Vijay Anthony is being introduced as music director with the film.

Bhavana is playing the lead female role in the movie. The other star cast of the movie includes Charmy Kaur, Ahuti Prasad, Brahmanandam, Jayaprakash Reddy, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, Uttej, Ram Jagan, Jyothi, M S Chowdary, Nayudu Gopi, Jonna, Jayavani, Subhashini and Radha Kumari.
