Ever since his journey began in the Telugu Cinema, Ram Charan seems to be very particular about selecting movies with unique and powerful storylines. Recently, he expressed that his father's “Punnami Nagu” is one of favourite’s films and is very much interested to act if someone remakes it.

The latest buzz is that Ram Charan is now interested in the Tamil film “Paiya,” which is still in making. Linguswamy, the director of “Pandem Kodi” is directing the movie; Kathi and Tammanna are playing lead roles.

It has been in talks among film industry folks that Ram Charan talked to Linguswamy regarding the remake of the film in Telugu. If this is true, this project may begin after Ram Charan’s third moive which is being directed by Bommarillu Bhasker.
