Ace director Rajamouli, who is known for making films with powerful storylines, is now getting ready to direct a new film “Maryada Ramanna” with comedy actor Sunil in the lead role. The regular shooting of the film begins from 21 November.

“Maryada Ramanna” is going to be a comedy thriller in the backdrop of Rayalaseema. Unlike his usually comic roles, Sunil will be playing a serious role in the film. It is said that though his role is serious, it will generate ample comedy. Saloni will be playing the lead female role. Brahmanandam and Nagineedu will be doing vital roles in the film.

Sobhu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni are jointly producing the film under Arka Media Works. Crew includes M M Keeravani – Music, Chota K Naidu - Cinematography, SS Kanchi - story, Ravinder - Art Direction, Rama Rajamouli – Costumes and Kotagiri Venkateswara – Editing.
