Tollywood has three releases this week. One is Ravi Babu-directed ‘Amaravathi’ that hit the screens yesterday (Thursday). The film starring Sneha, Bhumika, Taraka Ratna and Ravi Babu in the lead roles is a suspense thriller. The other two films are ‘Pravarakhyudu’ and ‘Sarai Veerraju’ – both the films are releasing today.

‘Pravarakhyudu’ starring Jagapathi Babu and Priyamani is directed by Madan. The trio has earlier given a successful film ‘Pellaina Kotthalo,’ which was a good family entertainer. Now, they are once again coming with yet another family entertainer. The film is said to be a good love story with comedy touch.

‘Sarai Veerraju’ stars Ajay, Ramya and Madhulika in the lead roles. The film directed by D S Kannan (debutant) is Ajay’s second film as hero. As a young villain and a character artist, Ajay is now a well-known actor in Telugu cinema. But, he still has to prove his potential as a hero. His first film ‘Aa Okkade’ failed to do that. He is now carrying lot of expectation on this film. Let us see how the film works for him.
